"Checked in was a breeze and got to room it was good, clean and comfortable. But when it came time to get clean towels and bed made, and trash to be emptied there was no one to do any of that, as they say the system changed. You spend lots of money to stay and can’t get room service. Then need to upgrade to more than one washer and one dryer. Thousands of people stay and have to wait to wash clothes only because you have 1/1 wagger and dryer. Overall everything was good"

"This was one of the only hotels in the area and for over $100 a night we were very disappointed. No maintenance has been done to this place for years. There were water damage spots on the ceiling in our room. Missing tiles in the bathroom. The grout in the bathroom were very dirty. There were dirt spots on the linens. If we didn’t arrive so late and had more options we wouldn’t have stayed. "
