"The room felt like a sauna when I first walked in. They don't leave the Air Conditioning going at all. So I had to wait for the room to go from over 100 degrees to comfortable before I could relax."

"The refrigerator needed defrosting, I wasn’t able to store my diabetic supplies. (My insulin) During my whole stay, housekeeping never cleaned my room. I needed an iron and ironing board and they gave me a filthy ironing board. Absolutely no breakfast at all. I called the hotel ahead of time to ask if there was a shuttle to the airport and she said she didn’t know. Taxi and Uber were not available according to the front desk staff. I will never return to this place. EVER!!!"
