"Pleasant check in staff, power entry doors and elevator are broken which makes checking in with luggage difficult. The room key cards were well worn and given to me in a well used holder which isn't hygienic. While rooms and some common areas appeared to have fresh paint and carpet, it overall still ..."

"My family had to move rooms three times before we were somewhat satisfied with one. The first room's a/c was not working properly. In the second room there were bugs. In the third room, the smell was smoky. Finally, the fourth room was ok, we could not take a shower."
