A lovely relaxing hotel in a beautiful garden and woods location. Easy walk to the lake and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. The staff are very helpful too. Room very well equipped and spacious. We shall come again!!! What a find!

Extremely friendly staff. The property is dated, but it was anyway a nice experience!

Comfort of the facilities and friendliness of staff

The loft room was in a nice quiet area and very spacious. Staff at reception and breakfast were all polite, helpful and happy. Thankfully their English was very good as well. Great hotel in a great city.

Polite staff. Comfortable and quiet rooms. The restaurant is excellent.

Everything was excellent, the room, staff and location. I asked for a kettle in my room which was waiting when I arrived. The breakfast was very nice too.

Clean and friendly

Lovely hotel easy free parking, great breakfast, room spacious with comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Thought the hotel was lovely, particularly the bedroom which was a single room. The lobby was a little bit outdated, but this did not matter. The views of the lake from the restaurant and my room were stunning. Great setting.

worked like clockwork, all the staff I met were really friendly - from the guy in the car park that helped me back out onto the road to the people on the front desk who printed a paper for me that I had lost, to the staff serving breakfast. thanks!

I liked this hotel a lot but the sun was shining, I'm not sure there were many in-hotel facilities if it had rained though but it didn't so all was good. Room 115 was adequate, I don't like the fixed cheap shower/hair and hand gel dispensers and think these let good hotels down, and also makes for extra packing to bring our own, or having to buy some there which is also annoying. The room was overlooking the outside restaurant/bar area so was a bit noisy in the evening. It's beside a huge...

I liked that there was no physical key, and you only needed to input numbers to access the room / main door. We did not have breakfast so I do not know what to expect, but the room was clean, had A/C and was very comfortable. Basic amenities were there. Front staff were all very helpful and friendly, and spoke to us in English as we could not speak German. Easy walk to the station or the bus is quite convenient as well.
