"We booked through Booking .com, for a pet friendly room. Upon arrival they told us that our room was not pet friendly and that the booking sites didn’t know which rooms were for pets and that we had to book directly with the hotel to arrange for that. Our friend who had also stayed there said he contacted the hotel directly and was told to book through a booking site. ??? The front desk person then left and told us to show our friend which room he was in. There was no restaurant as showed on line. There was no coffee in the room, The TV did not work. There was no ice machine, even though there was an ice bucket in the room. Please stay somewhere else, there are lots of nice motels in Yarmouth. Nice town!"
"The photos do not match the property. The home in the photo is flanked by drive-in motel rooms on ether side, all them in disrepair with peeling paint. Same for the main building. There was no staff on the premises, just a note with a number to call. At that point we asked for a refund but were told no. Expedia provided no relief, so we paid a for night that we did not use.
