"This hotel is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I left after one night. People across the hall was arguing all night long. They did not mention they allow the homeless to stay there either. This hotel smells like a dirty ashtray and stale weed. I will never stay here again"

"Don't have a low battery on your phone. You need it to open all doors on the property. Great set of utensils for anyone bringing their own food. Wish they would provide tea bags as well as coffee pods."

"The staff were brilliant and very friendly. There was everything you could want in a hotel room and more. There were two double beds and a double size fold-out sofa, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher in the room. There was also free 24 hour tea and coffee in the lobby and free buffet breakfast in the seating area next to the lobby. The room was cleaned every other day and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay."

"Not all doors work automatically which is hard for me as I have a disability and cannot open the door. The breakfast was not totally cooked, the eggs were rubber, and there are no vegan options other than toast. Appreciate the thought but not worth the price everything is frozen processed food noth made from scratch."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. Forgot to bring my HDMI cable and asked front desk if they have spare, originally she said they don’t have it but after awhile, she found it and delivered it to my room. The room is very clean. The hotel location is pretty good, it’s walkable distance to the Main Street in Kitchener, especially I brought my puppy with me this time, the park is also a walkable distance."

"The place has derilict cars in the parking lot, cots stored in the hallways, and the carpets are musty. Sadly very run down. We cancelled our reservation. The owners agreed to a 50% cancellation fee but have since gone silent. Stay away."

"We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through."
