"Very lovely room in a older facility which has been updated. Nice linens, furniture, and personal touches like the book about the town of Taylor. Great a/c which was definitely needed. Only downside to me was the very perfumed toiletries. They were fancy Texas products but I prefer less scent in hand soap, lotion and body wash."

"One of the pluses and reasons we like to stay at Embassy Suite is the happy hour and breakfast. This Embassy Suite Round Rock, happy hour is run by a drill sergeant and his bar ran out of beer during the first hour. Upset guest, walking away with no complimentary drink. Some folks were from out of state, made Texas look very unwelcoming. Don't brag about having complimentary drinks if you don't have it. The room was clean but had to ask for things, regular coffee instead of just decaf....etc."

"Nice hotel. I didn’t use the amenities or breakfast. The room was clean and modern. The staff sent out texts to see if I needed anything which was nice.parking was close to the entry point where my room was."

"The breakfast was really good and different from the normal hotel breakfast. Clean rooms comfy bed."

"The only problem I had was the noise. I was on the 4th floor. I called the front desk 3 times. The lady on the desk said she would come up to check it out. I am not sure she did or not, because I called several times. The parking was excellent, but I probably will not visit there again. I even asked whether I was on a party floor. Being 73 of age, I want quite."

"Never go or recommend it"

"Had 3 cockroaches in our room, and visible evidence in the hallway on day two (egg sac and legs on the floor). Elevator sounded terrible and it seemed as though only one of the two worked, but even the one was broken on one day of our stay. Room was not that clean when we checked in, but was passable until we saw the roaches. Would avoid until these items are fixed."

"Location was very convenient and close to stores and places to eat. Overall experience was wonderful from rooms to pool. Breakfast in morning was good as well. Felt safe and will be returning with my family again."
