I would not stay in that room again...Also, they refurbished room. But the bathroom toilet was never replaced. It was like sitting on the floor, so low. Why not the toilet, too?"

"Large facility, beware you might not be in the complex with the large pool and need to drive over which makes for a cold wet drive back. Slightly dated, slightly overpriced and they did not take care of their property fast enough in snow (think 10am ice skating and the entrance to the area was not shoveled.) Bring your own sled!"

"Basically this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and this is our second time staying there. The rooms are immaculate everything's immaculate which is kind of one of the reasons. Why is because the place is brand spanking new.Chris Viude has some of the best food in the area hands down?. He changed his menu seasonally so now we're getting close to spring so the menu will be changing quite a bit for the spring so we look forward to coming up for that as well too. "When i arrived the parking & walking area was a sheet of ice. When i got to my room the thermostat was set to full max. It felt like a 110 degree sauna. I Tried to turn down the heat but the room was so hot that it would have taken all night to cool down enough. To remain clothed, I attempted to open a window to let some heat out only to find the windows screwed shut. I asked for another room but was told that i ciuld not have one. I tried to take a cool shower because i was sweating so badly...

"Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and was decorated so cutely! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the dining room had great vibes. The location was great for a trip to Loon. This would also be a great place in the summer to explore the area!"
