"There was a small cockroach in my bathroom. I immediately went downstairs and no questions asked, the front desk was friendly and gave me a new room in a different floor. It’s a very dated property, I’d consider other properties. "

"This hotel was dated, yet clean, friendly, and functional. My son and I needed somewhere to stay before our early flight out of Oakland and this place was perfect. We liked the quiet location by the marina and the fact that we could walk next door for dinner. We slept well and being close to the airport made our travel day far less stressful with a 6am departure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. "

"The room was spacious, modern, clean and quite with firm and comfortable beds. The bathroom is ok with wallpaper peeling at some locations. Airport shuttle was excellent and on-time and it runs every 15 minutes. Aloft San Francisco Airport does not serve breakfast. There is a snack bar and a bar on-site."

Later I asked for a first aid kit I just needed one bandaid, she said they didn’t have one (which is illegal) … she didn’t give an eff about helping me. I went and got my own.
