"While there is coffee in the breakfast room 24/7, you often don’t want to schlepp all the way down after getting changed just for a cup of coffee. It would be nice if there was coffee maker in the room as in most motel rooms"

"I was calling from 6.30 am and was told to call back at 9am. I was not spending the night so I was requesting an early check in. I was pushed from agent to another. I was also told early check in’s are not guaranteed which I completely understand but I had no help from anyone. An agent called niaomi just forwarded my call and then I talked to Rodrigo who was helpful but I was put on hold for 25 mint. Then called back at 10.30 and canceled my reservation which I was put through the front desk...

"All my traveler needs were well met at the Marina Inn. That is why I stop there every year when I am flying through Oakland. The property is older but bathrooms have been updated and the place is well maintained. My room was clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle from and to the Oakland Airport works well Breakfast options are mostly starch. Could use more protein. But that is a small issue to me."

"We enjoyed our visit here. The person that checked us in was a very pleasant gentleman. The lobby has an assortment of coffee readily available. The breakfast had hot food offerings as well as delicious scones, muffins, cereal, etc. The microwave and fridge in the rooms were very useful. The pillows could be better, but the mattress was fine. We have back problems, but had a good night's sleep. It's not a fancy hotel, but it is clean and offers everything you can appreciate on a trip away from...

"The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms have cute ambient led lighting details under the bed and on the ceiling, the bathrooms are new and clean. The staff were super friendly. There is a fancy coffee machine in the lobby and a few great breakfast cafes within a few minutes drive. Great place to spend a weekend!"
