Only thing was the ac was not working properly but they attempted to repair it but since all the graduations they were full but nice enough to brought us a fan so we were more comfortable!! "Stayed 4 nights at this location. The room, staff, hotel and amenities all were great. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was awesome. I also thoroughly enjoyed the location; as the hotel is conveniently located between the airport ($10 UBER), outlets ($8 UBER) and eateries. I plan to stay at Tru again on my next visit!"

"I honestly never write bad reviews but this place was awful espicailly for the price. rooms were dirty had to change rooms three times before I just gave up. Bathtubs were a mess and chipped everywhere the carpet was filthy. They overcharged me on parking twice breakfast was weak. Very dirty rooms and extremly overpriced."

"The pool area is great as is the bar inside and out! The bartenders were fabulous and the food looked good (we had already eaten). I was not happy with the room, however. The window was so fogged between the panes you could not see out at all, there was no side table or nightstand on the side of the bed, and the bathroom needed a deep cleaning, especially the floor. I was disappointed and very surprised considering what we were paying for the room."
