Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once ...

Room in good condition, very noisy heating unit and incredibly loud light in the bathroom. Coffee maker didn't work and while the advertised cinnamon rolls were good, there was no place within a 36 mile radius to eat breakfast!! The barking dog outside the window was annoying but not much management ...

Yes to both questions! This motel is a favorite of mine. They are so nice and friendly! Check in is a breeze! The rooms are super clean and sooo comfortable!
