"Excellent stay...beautiful hotel, immaculately maintained...a level above anything else we stayed out during our vacation. "Had an amazing stay , the staff are second to no-one , nothing was to much trouble and they did it with a smile , we have stayed in a few places in York but with a hand on my heart this place was very good and worth the stay"

"Room was perfectly big for the 3 of us. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in the room and it was extremely hot! Food was great and the pool was lovely and very clean. I do think its a bit cheeky to ask for payment for parking in the hotel but overall great stay"
