"Diana at the front desk is the only bright spot who can be mentioned from this terrible facility. Hotels.com had a room listed as one king bed plus 2 double beds. The hotel does not have a room with 3 beds. So we were given a room with 2 double beds only. Diana was wonderful in helping us out. But ..."

Marriott's BeachPlace Towers
"The hotel is under construction & although you paid for a balcony. The balcony was only available to some clients. They dont do daily clean up. You need to take out your own trash & make your own beds. There's no problem doing that, but the client should know this"
