"The bed mattress was firm and comfortable. A/C and TV/cable box worked well.
Sound proofing was an issue. Both the TV and voices could be heard from neighbouring rooms. Creaking floor boards would have been problematic too, had my room been on the lower floor.
Apparently room service on subsequent days needs to be requested when checking in, The door knob hanger left outside the room requesting room service the second day was ignored by cleaning staff."
