I stayed in a two queen studio w/ kitchen, and the was spacious and had everything I needed (room 315) Unfortunately, after turning on the air conditioning unit, I became extremely congested and could barely breathe for the rest of the night. As a result, I didn’t sleep well and felt pretty terrible the next day. I’m not sure if the unit needed a filter change or deeper cleaning, but it definitely impacted my stay. "The concierge/front desk employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. I got charged for early check in fee and after my stay they refused to give me a receipt. I had to call multiple times and get transferred to accounting department after wasting an hour talking to different employees."
