"Clean room and friendly staff!"

"The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. The interior of the Hotel was neat and clean as a pin. The only thing that fell short was the exterior of the building. It desperately needs a coat of paint and freshening up. The landscaping was horrific and looked like an abandoned building from the exterior. I expected much better street appeal from Marriot. Other than that my week-long stay was awesome."

"Staff was nice but the room was trashy the bed was messy one had no pillows someone belongings was left in the room and bathroom and the carpet was pulled back and fridge was dirty"

"Shower was dirty, spiders in the shower, smelled musty. Electricity was out for a few hours, so of course no air conditioning no tv. Not good"

"Owner was very Sweet! Had called to check on my arrival time and I had mentioned in conversation, I forgot my book. He politely offered me books and set some on the end of the bed for my arrival. Very cute and cozy place. Very peaceful to set and read a book at the outside accommodations."

"STAY AWAY!! They gave us a key from an occupied room! We literally walked in on someone! When we asked for another room they told us no rooms are available. Other person told us the same thing happened to them and he is trying to get a room for the past 2 hours. On top of that we DID NOT get a refund!!! Yes, we did NOT get a refund! The hotel smelled bad and the doors looked like someone was beating them and they can be opened very easily."

"The property was scary. It might have been the clientele but my daughter and I slept with our pepper gel and stun gun out while putting the chair in front of the door. The Days Inn next door look better kept. I won’t be staying there again. Also the smoke detector what hanging off the wall. I don’t even know if it worked. There was almost an inch gap under the door into the room. Definitely don’t stay in that room since any critter could come in. I’m sure during the winter, it would be fun...

"We had a decent stay at the Double Tree but I believe it must be sorely under staffed. The welcome mat at the lobby door was caked with mud, the lobby floor was dirty, the elevator floor and walls were very dirty. The walls on both sides of the hallway were scored/scuffed all the way down tlon both sides. The doors were in need of paint. This could be a great property and the staff were nice, but some TLC is needed."

"We chose this hotel because it had 2 treadmills. We arrived and 1 was broken. No one knew why or any idea when it would be fixed. More importantly no one cared. Had to spend extra money at planet fitness. Nobody cared."

"There is no pool as advertised and no gym that I was made aware of while I stayed. The “breakfast buffet” was cereal and bread that you could toast yourself. Also my door had a huge gap around it and there was construction being done and so much noise all night I didn’t sleep. There was a lamp that didn’t work as well. The staff was polite but that’s the only nice thing I have to say about the hotel."
