"Clean room"

"This was the worst motel experience I have had, even though we only needed it for a short night’s sleep on our travels. Location was close to highway and staff were able to be helpful bit- but those were the only positives. Room: There was an opening under the door so that when we entered at least 6 bugs entered with us - on top of the multiple bugs already in the room. Beds had many stains on them. Shower water pressure was so high it felt like knives and my husband needed to get out...

"Although the staff was not unkind, the rating just cannot be higher. All the linens and most surfaces of the room were covered in animal hair. When the situation was brought to the staff, they shrugged it off. Apparently, this is common and changing rooms would not have made a difference. As a person with animal allergies, this is a terrible spot in which to get stuck."

"🙂"

"Only made it to the lobby and had many other guest tell me how dirty it was. I waited in line to check in for 30 mins. In the 30 mins the lady at the front desk could not even make a new room key for a guest. Took my daughter to the restroom by the lobby. It was didguisting came back to try and check in and the lady at the front desk was gone. Waited almost another 30 mins and she was still gone. Left and came back about an hour later and still no one there to check me into my room."

"Our room was great, snacks and drinks were available and my kids got to swim they loved it"

"It seemed like they just quit trying"

"We had a great stay! Comfy beds, large rooms, delicious breakfast, and most importantly - couldn’t hear those around us. We’d definitely stay again!"

"This place is outstanding! The staff was so super nice breakfast was unbelievably delightful fresh bacon, fresh biscuits, and gravy fresh eggs it was yummy! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Very friendly staff and good breakfast"

"This was a wonderful place to stay! The room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff who brought it were so sweet. We loved our stay here! Would have loved to have an ironing board. I'm probably in the minority of those who like to wear clothes without wrinkles. We had an iron but finding a surface to iron on was a challenge."
