"Would have been nice if someone had asked to help with my luggage. I am in my seventies and it was a little difficult to carry it up the stairs. "

"Well where do i begin, i had made all arrangements and when we checked into the hotel at 3 am , we are told that we only have one room instead of 2 that we booked because of a bank issue, and when i ask them that did u inform us of that, they had no answer , my entire family of 6 had fit into one small room after a 10 hr road trip, the breakfasts are horrible, 5 flimsy things every day and the chef roams around checking as if its a 10 course michelin buffet, we than checked into hilton next...

"Our room was clean and spacious. When we asked for bedding to make up the pull out couch the staff brought it over within minutes. Good service. We were disappointed that when we went to use the pool there were no towels and the pool was beyond full of people. I counted over 50 in the pool. Looks like they were hosting a tournament that weekend which we are no strangers to. In these cases we appreciate the hotels booking times for swimming to avoid the congestion. The pool was very large though....

"The overall property was clean and hotel staff were extremely nice. However, the house cleaning services for our longer stay did nothing. We had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper ourselves. As for amenities, everything was good, but keep in mind that the pool does not have a hot tub, so if you’re thinking of going to relax after a long day, you sadly won’t be able to!"

"We got in very late and we were sent to a room that was already occupied, we had to walk all the way back downstairs and inform them and the front desk staff said nothing they just issued us another room which turned out to be a handicap assessable room so they shower was cold and slippery and the bed was almost on the ground. I was too tired to go back to the front desk to let them know that wasn’t the room I paid for so just made due."

"Good rates. Clean. Nice to have restaurant on premises. `````````````````````````````````````` Not enough staff to help elderly guests pushing carts to rooms at far end of complex. Toilets very small and low. No Safety bars on bathtubs. Need to think of older demograpghics which is growing. Since car theft is a big issue. Gates at parking lot entrances would give a better feeling of security."
