"Bougie hotel however the beds are too low for diversity clientele and extremely sharp corners on bed frame. Would be nice to see carpet obsolete knowing how terrible this product is in high traffic movement of people Knowing what the world knows about bacteria and germs etc .. feel carpet is dated and old school"

"I have nothing negative to say. The rooms are beautiful and spotless, the beds are extremely comfortable, the amenities (shampoo, etc.) are top-notch, and the food is outstanding. Highly recommend!"

"We have stayed here a few times now and always a good experience! The shower in our room didn’t drain properly but I didn’t have a chance to let the front desk know so they could address and only mentioned upon check out so couldn’t say how quickly and effectively they’d have actioned. Will definitely return as overall a great place, good $ and perfect location for a West Island stay :)"
