"Do not stay here. We stayed after a concert late arrival. We were woken up at 3 am with a mouse in the garbage. Took management 20 minutes to come to the room. No offer to move us. Front desk said our room would be comped but we had contact Expedia. Contacted Expedia and was told 20%. This is unacceptable. MOUSE IN OUR ROOM"
"Breakfast bar was nice but could use yogurt, bagles, and assorted fruit (not just apples).. This is my 2nd time stay and it was very nice.
Thank you very much.

"The hotel staff are really nice and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Just be aware that there is no elevator in this hotel. Even half of the downstairs rooms have a small flight of stairs you need to go up. If you have mobility issues, this might be a challenge. I had torn my meniscus a couple years ago, and even after surgery, it’s still gets some twinges. It didn’t feel great after lugging my suitcases up a flight of stairs. I actually stayed here two times the same week. I was there for one night for an event the next day, then came back a couple days later for a weekend event. The first night I was there, there were the loudest stompers and talkers above my head. I had to call the front desk twice (once at 11:00pm and once at 1:00am). The second time they physically went up to the room to tell them they had to quiet down, and I was FINALLY able to sleep. When I came back for the weekend, I opted for a second floor room despite the stairs just to avoid having another stomper above my head. It’s an older hotel, so the walls (and floors) just aren’t that soundproof. That said, it’s a nice hotel. If you’re traveling with a dog, they have a nice green space behind the hotel for them to go potty. Breakfast was good with good coffee. I enjoyed my stay here, all things considered."
"I have stayed at numerous Quality hotels and this one needs some updates especially in the bathroom. The extremely low commode is very difficult for older and handicapped people to access. Also the staff needs to check on lotions and shampoo to make sure they are usable. Following up on noise levels of other rooms should not take more than one complaint call. A little more attention to details would be appreciated."

You'll also have more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is a great choice for a family trip or a small group gathering.
