"I really enjoyed staying here, the staff were caring and accommodating, my room was nicely renovated (although small, but as a solo traveller was fine for me. Loved how they restocked my complimentary espresso and chocolate! One negative was I was right beside the emergency exit and I could see staff members taking breaks beside my window. I didn't let it bother me, but it affected my privacy "
"Easy walk through a safe and pleasant neighbourhood from Fullham Broadway tube station. Sainsbury's supermarket right at the station for all stuff you need. Shops, pubs, restaurants all around the tube station. Hotel very nice and the breakfast was great. It's an all-you-can-eat full cooked breakfast with tea, coffee, and juices. Plus cereals, ham and cheese slices, toast, and even sliced tomatoes, cucumber, and hummus! I could have asked for a better breakfast and it sees me though wandering...

"There is a covered walkway/bridge to the hotel from the airport. It took me a while to find it, because the signage wasn’t obvious, and it wasn’t clear in the hotel info (I think it’s referred to as the ‘pod’?).
This was totally not the hotel’s fault. My flight got in just before 11 pm, and there is no one at Heathrow to help with information, and also no taxi service (which I thought I needed). I’m pretty familiar with Heathrow, and have taken buses, Tube, and taxis to and from there on...

"Fantastico hotel per soggiornare con la famiglia! Personale super cortese e disponibile, i ragazzi della reception sono meravigliosi pronti ad aiutarvi in ogni modo! La stazione metro Hammersmith è a 3 minuti a piedi e se atterrate ad Heathrow potete prenderla per arrivare direttamente in hotel!
Le stanze sono piccole ma comode e complete, pulizia buona. "
