Overall would highly recommend

Fantastic place to stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful, place is clean, pools great and in a good location with access to the hotels beach area with lounges. Breakfast was also great, very fresh. Only thing was the bed in our room was extremely hard.

Love this hotel

This hotel is very new, clean and good location near great restaurants and the beach. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is very helpful and breakfast was good. We really like the pool area and the sunbeds.

I really liked my stay at Antares villa. The service was amazing, we felt very comfortable throughout the stay. It was a very clean environment. All staff especially Yusuph were very helpful, yusuph went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It was very Relaxing.

Absolutely recommendable

This hotel was new, nice, quiet and clean. There was no bar or restaurant (only for breakfast) but it was no problem because there was a nice restaurant at the beach and next door. We had the larges breakfast ever. Pool was lovely. There was private beach with free sunbeds. There was a guard 24/7 and the staff was so helpful. Special thanks to Gipson who made us fell at home and helped with every single request we might have. Hakuna Matata. Will definitely come back.

I stayed 2 nights in Antares and was the only guest around (I think). I know from other Hotels, that they would give a room upgrade in such cases especially smaller boutique hotels like this. The room is very small, kind of far from the beach, the balcony is very narrow. so the sea view isn't the best. Small things were missing like a beach towel, toilet brush and also some body lotion would be nice (at least for the price). Wifi is not too strong, at least it wasn't in my room. The room itself I would say, is not worth the money. The staff is super nice and friendly. No pushy questions, the vibe is actually really nice. I also liked the beach, which is more relaxed. It is way more busy just next to the pier, where the bigger resorts have their beaches. It is located at the Beach Lounge, which is also a restaurant and probably the best reason for me to stay in Antares. Food and drinks are to die for! That was really a big surprise!

This is one of the best places that I have stayed throughout the many years I have been travelling, the hotel manager Gibson and his assistant Yusif were very welcoming, helpful and ensured we got everything we needed. The food was very good, the hotel was super clean and essential were served in a way that made our stay a very memorable one. I will stay at this place 💯 again. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful Property

Such a beautiful property! It was not crowded during our stay so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Our suite was a bigger sized suite that was perfect for us. It looked out of the front of the property, and we had a little bit of a beach/ ocean view. The breakfast that’s included was made fresh every morning. The staff was very attentive. The pool was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a great stay

Everything was fantastic. We felt very welcomed, even though we arrived in the middle of the night. Room was very spacious and looked exactly like in the pictures. Restaurant at the beach was nice and the food was great. Breakfast was very filling. Everyone was so helpfull at all times. What ever we needed we were taken care of. Thank you Gibson <3

Neat space

I stated at the Villa for three nights. The hotel staff were all helpful, especially Gibson. Although the weather was not favorable for my anticipated outdoor activities, I enjoyed staying in my room because it was clean. I really hope the property can keep this up over time.

We tok a chance at staying at Antares Villa as it’s new, but after only good reviews from others we felt confident it couldn’t be that bad. It is a nicely designed hotel and the pictures definitely don’t lie, but they do have a lot to learn, naturally. Our room still had trash under bed and behind nightstands from previous guests, no duvets only linen that wasn’t changet during our stay (3 nughts)

Vårt första rum hade icke fungerande ac. Vi fick därför sova i ett annat rum första natten i väntan på reparatör. Reparatör kom aldrig så dag två fick vi byta rum till ett mycket större. Bra service, dock lite öde. Det var bara vi och ett annat par som bodde där under vår vistelse. Bra frukost. Ingen restaurang men nära ner till stranden där det finns restaurang.

Morgenmaden var super lækker med frisk frugt, men ellers hvad man kan forvente. Poolen var dejlig, men det blev lidt varmt at ligge ved den, da der ikke var noget vind. Så vi benyttede os af den dejlige strand som lå et stenkast derfra

Io miglior luogo in cui andare a Zanzibar

Esperienza unica. Ti sentirai coccolato dal primo momento dalle mille attenzioni di Pina, Alex e Gibson (ed in generale di tutti). Resort nuovo con ampi spazi, bellissima piscina e giardino curatissimo. Camere stupende, ben arredate e pulitissime. Spiaggia privata a 1 minuto di orologio (praticamente si è sul mare) con ottimo ristorante. Colazione buonissima e variegata. Inoltre lo staff vi aiuterà e consiglierá per quanto riguarda qualsiasi escursione vogliate fare sull'isola, affidandosi a personale fidato e molto qualificato (non scontato a Zanzibar). Se state organizzando un viaggio a Zanzibar consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura.

Bodde 4 dager i Deluxerom. Litt hard seng, men romslig nye rom, stort bad med dusj. Svømmebassenget rett utfor døren var flott og rent. Frukost var den beste på vår ferietur i 3 veker på Zanzibar. Ikke middag på hotellet, men beachrestauranten ved stranda, server Antares også. Kort spasertur på 3 minutter til stranda, der solstoler/parasoller var reservert for oss hele dagen.

Fräsct nybyggt hotell

Fint nybyggt hotell, väldigt fräscht och elegant. Fin pool. Mycket hjälpsam personal, speciellt Yousu. Elegant serverad frukost. Mycket bra restaurang intill, i Kiwengwa resort.3 minuter till privata stranden med gratis stolar. Tyvärr är stranden i Kiwengwa mycket beroende av tidvattnet. Bättre stränder på västra Zanzibar.
