"This hotel has only ONE handicap accessible room. I had an accident after booking the reservation. Although they did move us to the first floor, it was impossible for me to shower. It was difficult to use the bathroom. On day 2 we got a shower chair they had stuffed in a closet somewhere. The last night of our stay was by far the worst with noise. From 9:45 to after 11pm there was so much noise in the lobby/elevator area that I couldn’t sleep. (Early flight) We have stayed here numerous times before & never had any real issues. The cost per night was twice what it was in December. "

"We checked in on May 8 for my grandson’s graduation and from the moment we arrived the service was wonderful. The room was very spacious and cleaned. The hot water was wonderful I love taking very hot showers and not to many hotels water get hot enough for me but I was in heaven taking my shower. The water was so amazing I stayed in there for an extra 10 minutes. The breakfast was delicious. The gym was nice and cleaned. My stay here was wonderful."

"Had to call front desk for remote control for TV. Only problem is there are no phones in the rooms, had to call the motel from my cell phone. Pillows were old and flat, the wore out, white duvet cover had gray paint on it. Washcloths and hand towels were wore out and stained. And to top it off, no clock in the room. Breakfast was absolutely terrible, see through watered down coffee, powered eggs, and dried out sausage. Only thing good was the packaged yogurt. We left the motel and drove to Perkins. I asked for a receipt when checking out and I was told, no receipt from desk attendant. DON’T STAY HERE, MY WIFE AND I WERE SICK THE REST OF THE DAY!!!"
