"Check in a disaster, no resort all shut down. No one told us had to take the kids to the water park. Then agreed to sit thru the high pressure sales pitch for ticket to a show, after 2 and a half hr high pressure sales pitch from 2 different closers. I left with no tickets ruined the trip.
