"Both the outdoor pool and hot tub were not working. We specifically chose this hotel for the outdoor pool. They didn't even have lounge chairs outside to sit on. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which is fine but they only give you towels for 1 day. We needed to go to the front desk every day for towels which is ridiculous. Lighting in the room was terrible."

"The room was clean however was unable to turn on the water to take a shower. It was 5:00 am so was useless to notify the front desk. There was no water for each occupant in the fridge which was supposed to be included. It would have been nice to be notified that there would be a $100 deposit required when checking in. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay."

"Scared by other reviews but no issues with safety, security or cleanliness at this property. Yes it’s an older refurbished property but there is modern tile flooring and modern decor in the rooms and No Carpet! Room was very clean!!! And everything worked great.
Only complaints are uncomfortable bed and pillows and noise from highway and people at the pool.
Pro Tip: request room on other side of building away from pool and highway"

"Nice clean remodeled room but bed old and very uncomfortable. Noisy room can hear all the guests from other rooms. Front desk nice people and have coffee out at 530 am at least. Unsafe area/ next to an extended stay hotel and people hanging out smoking and drinking etc. The linens are old and don’t smell clean, I was afraid to get a disease from bed. Gross and never again."
