"Hotel was a little tired"

"The room was great and loved checking in right when they were having "happy hour" in the lobby. Good start! BUT, I wish we were told that the gym was closed due to renovations. Was disappointed that nothing was done to compensate us for that (I even asked for a few free weights to use in my room and was told no). Overall good stay minus no gym. "

"As Expedia VIP members who frequent luxury hotels, we were extremely disappointed by the service here. We called twice in advance two weeks before and the day before to confirm that engagement photos were permitted for guests. Despite this, staff interrupted us three separate times during our shoot to demand ID and room numbers. It was unprofessional and felt like harassment, especially after we did our due diligence to follow every rule. While the historic look is beautiful on TikTok, the service does not match the aesthetic. We expected much better for such a significant life event. March 1, 2026, room 106."

"Was under minor construction room was great.very clean. Bed was broke but nothing crazy. Couldn't control the thermostat or it was off had a letter to call the desk next to the thermostat but I just went about my business other people might of had a problem with this. Was a lil warm for me but heyy. Roof lobby and gym was real nice. Between the 2 restaurants the Irish par seemed to be swanging lol didn't get a chance to stop by it though. Onsight parking was nice "
