"They were actively working in renovations, but that didn't bother us. The ice machine didn't work on the second floor. The pool was nice and location was good. However, the floors were dirty. The carpet desperately needs to be cleaned. All of our feet were filthy after walking around the carpet for a few hours."

"Although the staff was helpful, the establishment was not what was pictured. The toilet in the bathroom didn't work. The pool, which is the main reason we booked this hotel, was not working. Neither was the hot tub. When asked if we could use the amenities, we were denied. I couldn't wait to leave. This was to be a fun filled weekend for my children at Busch Gardens."

"The staff were very helpful and eager to please. The room could use a little updating and felt strange without a closet. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent! All in all, a comfortable place to lodge!"
