Floors are new, but not carpeted, new bathroom shower/tub inserts, with beautifully tiled floor (in the bathroom). "Just a quick stop for a university visit. Overall comfortable. Upon entering checking it smelled very clean. Guy who checked me in had his legs up on the counter in his phone and almost seemed annoyed when I said I was checking in. Room was clean, some draining in the carpet but it wasn’t terrible for $70/night. Near many restaurants. Would stay again. "
