"We just stayed for 1 night and checked out early so we didn't get to the breakfast, but the check in and out was seamless. The staff was very nice and even called to check on us! Only downside was we couldn't find the temperature control for the AC so the room was either too hot or too cold. Otherwise, a very great stay."

The only two things is the lack of an elevator - my husband has some mobility issues so an elevator would have been nice, and the breakfast room was quite tiny. You could take your breakfast to your room but that is tricky to carry two breakfasts upstairs but both of these are being addressed and they hope to be working on them soon.. "The room was not clean at all. There were dead flies on the floor and lots of ear wigs. The second night we were there we were offered a different room from the lovely front desk staff. Sadly as we entered the room it was not properly cleaned by the cleaning staff. You can tell the admin at the desk really want to make sure your stay is nice.
