"They had parking for a trucks & trailer, which is tough to find. I found it had the basic necessities, which is what I was looking for.
Nice clean quiet room."
Ramada Hotel & Convention Center by Wyndham Topeka Downtown
8/10 Good
"Overall it was fine. The breakfast was nice and the process worked. It's a huge property and you can tell it was great during its day. The bathroom was very dated and worn, but was functional. The elevator used was a service elevator because the main ones were nonfunctional . But great staff. I would stay there again."
"Loved how spacious it was. Nice set up. Good location to zoo & the Capitol. Had a Coffee Bar in same location for morning coffee/breakfast. Bed and pillows clean and comfortable."
StoneHill Lawrence, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
10/10 Excellent
"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Early check in was allowed seamlessly, zero issues. Room was tidied perfectly, and amenities including those in the room & complementary breakfast were great. Note; I booked the double queen suite, and I definitely recommend it; pretty much anything you could want in there & more. Definitely didn't make use of the dishwasher, and hardly used the full kitchen setup as a whole however it was a very nice inclusion, very nice shower also. Would definitely stay here again!"
"The lady at the front desk is not friendly. We've stayed there twice now and not a friendly smile or anything. The guy is worse, Don't ask for extra towels, you'll get scoffed at. Also it would be best you pack your own breakfast. We will not be staying there again. Rooms are dirty, especially the floors and shower curtain... One more thing the Air conditioning does NOT work well."
"I was charged a $150 damage fee, which as of now has yet to be credited back. This tells me this hotel has issues with people staying here and causing damage. Not the best neighborhood for this property. The sink did not drain and the window covering did not cover the window completely and with the very bright parking lot lights made for a restless sleep."
