"I have told everyone back home how wonderful this hotel is. It is beautiful and clean. It smells divine. The Alamo is on one side of the hotel and the shopping mall is on the other side. Riverwalk is just a few minutes walk. Whatever cuisine you are in the mood for is a short walk. The valet parking is very convenient, although it took me a while to figure out how to get to it because the gps takes you to a section that is shut down due to now maintenance work on the Alamo. I love, love, love...

"Staff were helpful and courteous. Don’t park in the open lot. Use the parking garage as it’s locked. Our truck was broke into on the front lot overnight. The manager was very helpful getting us number we needed for police and window repair. They vacuumed the glass out for us and taped the window for us until it could be repaired. "
