"Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the LA area. We have friends who live in Woodland Hills, so it was nearby their house. The hotel is clean, modern and staff was extremely friendly + accommodating. Also, I did not know this before booking, but the Los Angeles Rams NFL team has its practice facility directly across the street and were practicing one morning as my wife and I walked to a store."

"It’s a great location if you are visiting the San Fernando Valley. Calabasas is a beautiful place with lots of great places to walk, eat, and shop. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. "

"Although the room was clean, the TV didn’t work, lights attached to bed didn’t work, despite mentioning it to reception, nothing was done about it, the entire surrounding of the motel was filthy, noise throughout the night, drug trades going on, found out from locals there was a history of murders onsite. DO NOT BOOK it is my strong advice."

"We always love staying at the Anza Hotel. The location is ideal, within a short walk to Hanks’s bagels, Trader Joe’s, Calabasas Commons, and the Saturday market. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice. The regular rooms have some noise issues, since they face the freeway, but it’s not bad. We will come back!"

"We stayed in a triple family room with three queen beds, so it was super spacious and comfortable for all of us. Overall, everything looked clean at first, but once we started noticing the little details, it didn’t feel like a deep clean had been done. "This is a well-maintained hotel in a business district. Restaurants and a major grocery store as well as coffee shops are within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet for sleeping and the staff was really friendly when checking in. Parking is easy on the property and the pool was sparkling clean."
