"The proximity to the mall was well worth it but it is clear it's an old building. The walls are paper thin and we had someone stomping above us at 2am and then again at 6am in the morning. You can hear everything. The continental breakfast was not worth it. But the staff tried to be helpful and they were very friendly. The hotel was clean but slightly run down. It was very convenient being so close to the mall."

"For convenience of location to be able to shop, see shows, swim, skate, and all dining experience it is excellent .However walls are paper thin and elevators for the past couple of times we stayed seems to be a problem with longer wait times."

"This hotel was so clean and smelled fresh and lovely. When we got there, they had complimentary soup out for their guests and coffee as well. The pool facilities were clean and towels stocked. The gym facility had lots of typing machines and weights, not just treadmills. The bed linens were so soft and again, just smelled great. We were very impressed and will definitely be staying here again! "

"- Beautiful facility.
- Room was nice, unique layout.
- Hot tub unfortunately was luke warm at best.
- very high nightly fee for Pet policy was not previously disclosed at time of booking, had to spend 1.5 hours of my time at the hotel to argue against the signifivant nightly upcharge for our family pet (miniature schnauzer - hyper allergenic and the do not shed).
- Bed far too soft for me, sore back in the morning.
- complimentary breakfast was quite good, nice selection."

"Room was spacious and clean with large, comfortable bed. There was a kitchenette with good sized refrigerator which was very handy. Bathroom was roomy but counter space around the sink was quite small. Really impressed with underground parking! Free breakfast was decent with enough to choose from. Over all, our stay met or exceeded expectations. "
