"The service provided was good and the chalet was absolutely wonderful. Parking was free and close to the chalet. If you have a car it’s only a few minutes away from Santa’s village and the city of Rovaniemi. Taxis are readily available for those who prefer that. Provided the sky is clear you’ll likely see a lot of aurora borealis. Bring warm clothes, because the temperature was between -10 and -29 celsius during our stay."

"Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos. O quarto foi confortável e tudo funcionou perfeitamente. O hotel é apenas 17 km de Rovaniemi por uma estrada bem tranquila. O estacionamento é espaçoso e o hotel está numa localidade linda. Os jantares que tivemos feitos pelo cozinheiro Tamer foram especiais! Muito obrigada pelo acolhimento!"

"Hotel is in close proximity to the train station and stores and restaurants. It has great amenities with gym that has enough space and equipments I need for my work out and sauna as well. The best part are the staff. They are very accommodating and has a smile on their faces all the time. I will definitely go back!"
