The shower water ran out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor. The shower drain was filthy. Front deck staff was having a personal conversation when we checked in and it didn’t stop."

"Breakfast was probably the worst one of all of our stays. Extremely limited choices with no meat and only boiled eggs. Although, this was a good property the terrible breakfast choices will definitely influence me not to book here again."

I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel based on the price, but I did think it would be a bit nicer than it was. The staff were all very sweet and the breakfast was a nice spread. However, the room was quite run down and poorly cleaned. There was a film (and even paint) on most furniture surfaces, and stains on the bed sheets. When I asked about the parking, I was told that it is handled by a third party - end of discussion. (Parking is a source of confusion and could be handled better.) "I stayed here for on campus activities, the bed is incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows are insanely flat. I’ve never stayed in a more uncomfortable hotel. The carpet in the room also needs a thorough deep clean. The AC also may need maintenance, the air caused me insane amounts of congestion and sinus pain. The front desk ladies were kind and helpful."
