"We wanted a quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we got. We like Hedgesville’s proximity to Berkeley Springs, Harpers Ferry and Winchester, VA. Hedgesville itself doesn’t have a lot going on - a few independent restaurants & shops, a Martin’s grocery store. If you’re looking for Walmart or chain restaurants, there are plenty in nearby Martinsburg. This visit for us, though, was all about staying in and enjoying the woods around us. "Cute place with updated furnishings and appliances, right across the street from Deep Creek Lake boat rentals, jet skis, restaurants and Lakeside Creamery. 15 minute drive to Swallow Falls and quick drive to any other activity offered."

"I would have gave this Cabin a five star review however the beds are so uncomfortable. Plus the AC heating units made terrible noises all night long, which kept us awake. But other than that, it was a cute fun little cabin."
