"The hotel is in a great location, it was a great hotel at some point, which you can tell because of the space and the decorations, but it is in need of renovations. The room is very big. However, it was extremely outdated. The floors are scratched up, the soap dispenser fell off the wall when you attempted to use it in the bathroom. It’s just outdated and old and worn out. This hotel did feel very safe and the restaurant had really great food we do would have preferred some type of hot tub which was closed a couple of years ago. They are doing construction outside so if you want to sleep past 8 AM, bring your earplugs. the location is a nice walk to get to downtown and also to get down by the water. There is a supermarket close by. You can walk there within 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful, the front desk, the restaurant everyone was friendly and answered all questions and was helpful. The sky bus will pick up from this location and tourist pick up from this location as well. Overall, it was a good stay, the condition of the room was just disappointing."
