ClubHouse only had 2 rooms left on a busy Buffalo Roundup weekend and we were lucky enough to snag a room. We were frazzled due to our last experience, but upon walking into the front door of this beautiful hotel and being greeted by the most friendly person at check-in, we were immediately put at ease. We entered our room and it was breath of fresh air. Beautifully appointed and extremely clean. While the hotel was appealing, it was the staff that made this hotel exceptional. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the food service staff, they were all pleasant, kind and helpful. They turned a bad experience into something amazing."
