"Staff were helpful but not terribly friendly. Gym was clean and a good variety of machines, pool looked good. For a property of this standard i would have expected gowns to be supplied as tge scuffs were. Difficult to find info on screen. A compendium with hotel and local area info would be more useful. Bathroom was spacious and luxurious. "

"We were very impressed with the standard of this hotel. Our room on the 9th floor was reasonably spacious with a lovely view of the harbour. Food and beverage selection at the bar and restaurant was good and well priced. Breakfast also excellent with good selection and variety. All staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. Would happily return."

The rooms were spacious and well equiped bit what made our stay at the Horizon so special was the staff. They wern't just polite and curtious, they were all very warm, friendly and eager to please and as I was getting married for the second time they had lots lots of little suprises awaiting us. The best hotel in the world is nothing without a good atmosphere and without a doubt the warm friendly atmosphere at the Horizon is second to none."
