"Room was quiet and much cleaner than the room we had on our previous stay 8 months ago. This room also had much better beds, though "too soft" for my husband and son. A lock on the bathroom door would be appreciated. Not happy that a daily parking fee has been introduced since last staying here. Friendly staff."

"I had an excellent stay at the Ibis Hotel in Wentworthville. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The reception staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed, which really made the stay even better. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic, and everything throughout my stay exceeded expectations. It’s rare to stay somewhere where you can honestly say you only have positive things to say, but this was definitely one of those experiences. "Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and pillows. There was rubbish and used water bottles in the hotel cupboards and floor behind the bed. The shared bathrooms on the floor were dirty and old, privacy was absolute zero. Car park was closed from 3am-10am so getting our vehicle out of the car park meant we had to drag a heavy fence (not meant to be manually opened) so we could drive out in the morning to get to where we needed to be. Staff advised us around opening the fence. It felt very unsafe for my kids and family but the manager did refund us a room and was professional when speaking with him around my concerns."
