"The room had been neglected before we came to stay here. There were ants crawling around the whole room and a couple cockroaches and centipede as well. We had to ask for the room the be cleaned because of this. When we brought our concerns to the staff they did not seem to care about their guests concerns. They ended up cleaning it but they came back and even ended up in our food. We requested a refund not only because it wasn’t clean but it was a far way from the beach strip, nothing was done...

"This property exceeded my expectations. It provided a clean, well appointed, comfortable and affordable overnight stay. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Should I need another overnight in Iloilo I will return to this place."

Third and the most annoying, make sure you communicate to them how many beds you need! I booked the room I did because it was advertised that it had 4-5 beds. However, because they determined that we could all fit in 2, they tried to charge us for a third bed. Apparently because that's the local standard.
