"The hotel was a little dated, but it was fine. There were people fighting in the hall. The in-room phone did not work. I called the front desk on my cell and they answered and immediately put me on hold-for 20 minutes. It was scary. I did not feel safe with the fighting and not being able to get hold of the front desk in a timely manner. I dont think I will stay here again. "

"Ran the gf filter on the room service menu, 4 items popped up. Ordered from the items listed and the burger bun and fries were indeed not gluten free. The lobby was also egregiously warm for no reason. Carlos the bell hop was incredible though! Give that man a raise immediately. Bartenders were excellent and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. After we checked out and left our bags with Carlos while walking around before our flight, we needed a card for the downstairs bathroom, the clerks had several guests in line and so I saw the manager talking with another staff member, stood in front of him for what felt like 2+ minutes waiting for them to finish and he didn’t even look at me - felt like he knew I needed something but didn’t want to be helpful. Went back to the other side and had to grab a clerks attention to ask for a bathroom card and she magically double tasked and got me one while checking in multiple families. "
