"This property is very run down, way more than the photos are showing. Hand rails are very rusty, paint missing everywhere, steps are a mess. Fridge leaked and freezer door doesnt shut very well. Very bland apartment, again needs a serious paint. "

Not very impressed with the views, we were promised ocean views but all i could see is the derelict building site below with an enormous amount of trash and dumping right outside, and graffiti/vandalism. Maybe a discussion with the council to prompt cleaning that up! Really spoilt the feel. Cleaners were good so overall not really a problem with cleanliness, however the carpet could do with a deep clean or renew - our feet were black within 20mins of being in there. "
