"We had a lovely stay at Beachcomber Toukley. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the pool and the lake, which made our stay even more relaxing. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the small sofa in the room had quite a few stains on it, which made it look worn and could do with a thorough clean or replacement. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you for a great experience!"

"I was pretty happy with my experience. Only "complaint" was the lack of laundry on the premises (I like doing my own laundry) and the limited selection in terms or vending machines. Not really complaints just things I kinda look for when I stay at hotels outside a shopping district."

"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable . It’s clear to see that all the staff are happy in their roles and enjoy working there. Some standouts include Julie, Georgia and Peter. Breakfast in Seasalt was fabulous & Pam went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. We were also impressed to see a young man with special needs working there. "We had a pleasant stay and found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. The sheets and towels were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The property is a little older and could benefit from some fresh paint and maintenance, particularly the fly screens, which need some attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and with a few updates, this would be an even better place to stay. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality."

"The rooms were decently clean, although there was something left in the freezer, which was in a bag. Probably from the previous guest.. should’ve taken that out. But all in all was great. Staff super friendly especially Nicole, very accommodating, she checked us in. Breakfast was good but not excellent, our poached eggs were unfortunately overcooked, like boiled eggs… but staffs super nice and friendly. Service was excellent!"
