Staff at complimentary breakfast was polite, inviting smile, helpful by making her herself available to any and everyone there at the dining area. From answering questions and or getting extra napkins for one of the guests. Thanks to everyone at the Hyatt for making this experience feel like a wonderful dream "

"Room was clean and spacious, and staff courteous, helpful, prompt. Breakfasts (we had three days worth) were better than we've experienced elsewhere and breakfast/kitchen staff very attentive. The pool was clean and well kept, and it's big enough to do mini-laps and often empty enough to allow this. One recommendation for improvement: more grab bars in the bath tub/shower combination. Our room had a grab bar to assist with entrance, but bars on the side and back of the shower stall would make showering more safe for everyone."

"Everything is comfortable and welcoming at the Cambria Hotel in Somerville. The rooms are spacious, especially by Boston standards, and the location is great if you’re spending time in Somerville or Cambridge. We walked and took the T everywhere. This is our favorite place to stay in the Boston area and we visit twice a year. I highly recommend it."
