Our room 315 was a big disappointment The Toilet Seat was broken. There were holes in the wall were the Curtain Tie back holders should have been . No CurtainTies were present . The only issue I had was with the spa they charged me and then when I went to redeem my services they said that I was unable to beto accommodate because of an illness and would not refund my money so I would recommend that you do not pay until your services are completed just for your safety

The hotel is beautiful and modern with comfortable beds and nice rooms. The rooms do run a bit warm but the windows do crack open. Nice central location. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast though
