"This hotel will be my go to any time I am in London! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the suite was spacious. The outside doesn’t do it justice. Great price point too!"

"Overall, it was a decent stay with a few hits and misses. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, checking in and out was a breeze, and there was plenty of free parking available. The breakfast was also quite good—the waffles, eggs, sausage, and coffee all hit the spot. However, the service fell a bit flat, as the staff weren't particularly helpful or friendly. Additionally, the pool was on the smaller side, and our room was located on the far side of the building, which required quite a long walk. We also had an issue with a leaky bathtub; it dripped constantly, and I had to wedge a towel under it just to stop the noise so we could sleep."

"Family Trip, 2 adults and a 4 yr old. Check in was seamless, staff was kind and patient with a sudden bathroom trip by my son mid transaction. He then smashed his lip, and we had counter staff helping with water and whatever else we needed. The pool was the perfect temp, not too crowded. Make sure you remind your kid not to open their eyes underwater because the chlorine is super strong. Room was clean, comfortable and the TV was so easy to link to our Netflix and Disney accounts. Literally every step of the way, this was an A+ experience. As an avid gardener, I have to send my compliments to their garden staff... the plants were so lush and interesting, they were clean (aka no dust) which isnt easy to do on tall palm trees! I had as much fun looking for plants as I did watching the kids pond. Shout out to our lifeguard, he was so accommodating and I never once saw him lose focus on his charges in the pool. If 11/10 was a thing. I'd give the lamplighter staff that!"

"The HVAC was thundering thru our room we didn’t sleep a wink we called down 3 times and John said that’s how it is .at 2 am it started beeping and thundering it was like we were on top of freezers and the compressors were so loud . He finally told us he would comp out night and in the morning they charged us for the room but not the parking spot. Never going back again"
