"Room not available until 7p, check in time 3pm. Unable to watch TV due to satellite issues when arrived, waited for 30-45min with no improvement before calling front desk, was told sumbody be done and waited another 40 min, went to front desk just to find out what going on and that person left because shift over and oncoming staff did not know anything. Staff was unable to fix tv issue and told me there was nothing they could do. I had to problem solve and fixed myself but it kept losing signal the whole stay for 30 plus.minutes everytime. .TV issues on and off for the 2 days. Ask for tissues, front desk.staff.did not know where to look or get. Clearly renovation being done could tell areas in room with stains on carpet, shower looked dirty but actually just chips in finish. Hallways dirty with garbage and remnants of remodel. Side entry blocked by trash from renovation. Required refund deposit that was not aware of. Positive thing, needed late check out, granted it, but chargednme more money after everything else. Paid $380 and definitely not worth it. "

"We planned for a refrigerator and were disappointed. Room was ok but probably should not have been that expensive. We had to get help to fix the TV as it wasn’t working. Not sure if we would take a chance on a room again. Thank you for asking. The HELP staff was outstanding!"

"Overall it was decent but Marriott’s used to be top of the line. This one was run down and the breakfast area was not kept clean and food options was not refreshed … for the price we expected a little better but overall it was good "
