"This is an off the main road hotel with very clean and upgraded bathroom and shower. Don't let the outside fool you! It's very cute!"
Best Western Plus Taft Inn

"Didn’t expect it to be nice as I don’t stay at Best Western. It being my only option, I gave it a try and at least this location is not a dirty run down place. It’s just a decent hotel. Not fancy but cheap, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was cold and the beds very comfortable. The pool was a nasty green and wasn’t usable while we stayed. However, that’s our only complaint. I’ll stick to a more high end hotel brand when I can but next time I’m in Taft, I’ll definitely book here again."
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wheeler Ridge

"A good place for getting off the road for a good nights rest. There’s a nice diner next as well as other choices within walking distances. The was good but basic, waffles, muffins, cereal, bagels & yogurt. Also the normal beverages. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a very good value. The staff were all friendly and pleasant."

"Property was clean. Bare bones but clean. Rooms were minimal but clean and spacious. If you are looking for a pit stop on a leg of your journey I would highly recommend it. Very economical if you are just looking to crash before you hit the road. I will definitely stay again."

"Two hours north of LA there’s a town called Ojai that epitomizes the laid back, California vibe. The Ojai Valley Inn and Resort is a must visit if you’re coming to check out Ojai. Everything about it is first class. The rooms, food, golf, spa and most importantly the people are exactly what you want in a five star getaway. Our second visit but not our last."

"I loved this motel with a nice swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and nice. Only bad thing was that we found 2 dead cockroaches in the room."
