We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. "We had a excellent night's stay in this hotel. Clean, quiet, modern and comfortable and an excellent location just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria station. Our room on the 9th floor even had a pretty impressive view. Breakfast was very good with a huge choice - something for everyone. We would most definitely use this hotel again."

"Park Plaza was good, nice rooms, great location. I wouldn't say it was worth what we paid. The check in was incredibly slow with the staff, we were waiting a long time. The room didn't have any nice touches like coffee, water or biscuits. And the spa/swimming pool needed to be booked in advance, and nothing said that was the case online, at booking, check in, or in the in-room information."
