"A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast."

"Booked for my wife and daughter and discovered that the hotel charges $79 for two people for breakfast! This is just absolute robbery - they were rushing to a competition with no other options so just paid. Not the experience you would expect for so much money, in fact the breakfast was extremely average -less than we've had at free breakfast hotels. Overall the hotel is extremely average - view was of garbage - room was just OK - and then being ripped off for breakfast just was the topping...

"Although apartment was well furnished with all items etc it was very cold. A heat pump at 27 degrees was needed to heat the lounge but the bedroom was very cold and required many blankets on the bed to keep warm. This was a Harbour view apartment but it didn't get any sun at any time of the day this time of the year-June, hence the cold temperature throughout. Suggest the owner provide a heater and a TV unit in the bedroom. The internet was very unreliable and kept dropping out and although...
